Help find Chairs for each Program sponsored by the PTA. These programs include Popcorn sales, Staff Appreciation, Student Directory, Book Swap, Scholastic Book Fair, 5th Grade Promotion, Field day, Kindergarten Summer Play dates, and Yearbook.
Check in with Program Chairs to make sure they are on schedule preparing for the event and staying on budget and step in to make sure volunteers are covered. Make sure facilities are reserved by President.
Report to President before and after the program on the progress and the outcome of the event.
